# Terms And Conditions

1. The duration of the Contest shall be July 30, 2012 till September 9, 2012. 

2. To enter the Contest you must log on to www.facebook.com/AirtelCricket and register.

3. This Contest is open for all registered users of Facebook who are Indian citizens and are of sound mind and above 18 years of age. 

4. Upon registering for the Contest, the user needs to upload a picture showcasing his passion for the game along with a caption. Post that user needs to share his entry and get votes from his/her friends. The top three users with maximum votes at the end of every phase (as in para 7) will be declared weekly winners. There will be one mega winner based on votes at the end of all phases. Your message will be visible on your wall as well as the wall for your friends. 

5. Please note that you shall be entirely liable and solely responsible for the consequences, if any, of any post/ message that you cause to be published  or submit pursuant to this Contest. You must ensure that the picture and any other data/information submitted by you must belong to you and must not infringe upon the rights of any other person and must not be defamatory, obscene, paedophilic or contrary to law or public policy.    

6. There will be three winners in each phase based on maximum votes and a mega winner at the end of all the phases. 7. Winners shall be informed through facebook and prizes must be collected, post authentication and verification. The prizes will only be despatched once the entire contest is declared concluded by Airtel, which would be any time after the completion of the 6 th phase of the contest.
